What is high on everyone’s list when they leave a class? Did they get a handout that will serve them well when they get home and the instructor is not there. We will spend the weekend learning that as an artist you can use PowerPoint to make great handouts if you are teaching, intriguing lectures if you want to hit the lecture circuit, and other hints so you can stay organized and make life easier so you can get back to what you love: making quilts. Keep track of what pieces you entered last year into a quilt show so you don’t make the mistake of entering the same quilts again. Also learn a show entering tip to increase your chances to be selected. Are you relatively new to the world of art quilts? Do you want to move a few spaces ahead on the learning curve? This is the class for you.
